ABOUT CEO
Jolly Joe
Jolly Joe is the Sales & Managing Director of Teltec Investments Limited, a Company he pioneered in 2007 when it commenced business operations as an engineering outfit in Uganda. As he is fondly known, Jolly Joe is an Engineer with significant experience gained over the years in the areas of Electro Mechanical Engineering, ICT, Telecommunication, Air-conditioning and General Engineering works. He has offered Technical Support and Leadership to cross-functional teams working to improve Engineering related projects in the areas of sourcing, actual installations, operations, supplies, maintenance and associated logis- tical requirements in Uganda and across the region, thereby gaining commendable critical and analytical competencies, with ability to manage and source for very complex engineering projects, supplies, equipment and solutions.
Jolly Joe has extensive knowledge on Industrial Machinery like Earth Movers, Generators, Air Conditioners, Electrical Switch Gears and AVR’s, Auto Mobiles, Telecommunication related requirements, DC Power Plants, Domestic and Industrial Electrical installa- tions, General Civil Works, Power Audits and Sustainable Energy Solutions acquired and applied over the years to various projects for Telecommunication Companies, Government and Non-Government Organizations, International Organizations and Private In- dividual projects in Uganda and across the East African sub-region. He exudes great skills in planning, managing and supervising both technical and non-technical human resource, to deliver related projects, tasks and services on time and in full, even in the face of challenging work environments and inadequate resources.
His extensive research and travels across the world have exposed Jolly Joe to the modern engineering world that enables his charge of Teltec Investments Limited to guarantee Customers, quality and timely Engineering Solutions executed in line with In- ternational Engineering Standards, Ethics and Values.
Jolly Joe holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Makerere University, Kampala; a MSc in Engineering Technology from The University College Dublin – Ireland and a BSc Engineering Degree from Makerere University Kampala. He has a passion for new technology.
