In a move to use more renewable energy sources, Total Uganda started a solarification project for it’s fuel stations. We installed a 19.62KWP solar PV system with a 20KW grid tied inverter for Total Nateete and a 11.772KWP solar PV system with a 10KW grid tied inverter at Total Ggaba road using a system that is tied to the grid hence no need for batteries. These were the first Total stations to be solarized in Uganda.
